How My Plush Photography Began
ここ数年、インスタグラムでぬい撮りを楽しんでいます。
「天空の非公認キャラクターゆきお」というシリーズの市販マスコットに夢中です。
Over the past few years, I’ve been enjoying plush photography on Instagram.
I’m really into a series of commercially available mascots called “Yukio, the Unofficial Character of the Sky.”
初めはお出かけの時などに、景色とゆきおを一緒に撮影する程度でした。
だんだん大好きなハンドメイドと組み合わせて、ぬいぐるみ絵本風の投稿をするようになりました。
これは、ジオラマフォトのはじまりにもなりました。
ハンドメイドのジオラマの中にぬいぐるみを置いて写真を撮ると、またいつもと違う表情に見えてきます。
自然に会話も聞こえてきそうです。
10～20枚の写真の中にセリフの文字を入れ、小話風に仕上げるのを楽しんでいます。
At first, I simply took photos of Yukio together with scenery while I was out and about.
Over time, I started combining these photos with my love for handmade creations,and gradually began posting picture-book-like stories featuring plush toys.
This also became the starting point of my diorama photography.
Placing plush toys inside handmade diorama scenes and photographing them
makes them appear with expressions different from usual.
It almost feels as if you can hear them talking to each other.
I enjoy creating short, story-like posts by adding dialogue text to a series of 10 to 20 photos.
