絵を描くのが好きなゆきおは、みかんくんだけではありません。
えぞしかくんは、目に見えるものそのままではなく、心に感じた真実を描くのだそうです。
オコジョとチュー犬は、理解できずにキョトンとしてしまいました。
Mikan-kun isn’t the only Yukio who loves to paint.
Ezo Deer says that he doesn’t paint things exactly as they appear, but instead paints the truth he feels in his heart.
Stoat and Chu-Dog couldn’t quite understand what he meant, and simply looked at him with puzzled expressions.

What are you drawing?
It’s a self-portrait.
Huh?
Without even looking in a mirror?
It doesn’t look like you at all!
There’s no deer like that!
I saw it with my heart.
I painted the true essence of a deer.

本当の芸術は、見る人によって姿が変わるのかもしれません。
少なくとも、えぞしかくんは自信満々です。
ほかのみんなは、まだ納得していません。
これが、ゆきお・リアリズムのはじまりなのかもしれません。
True art may change its form depending on who is looking at it.
At least, Ezo Deer is completely confident in his masterpiece.
The others, however, are still not convinced.
Perhaps this is the beginning of Yukio Realism.
